PLACING AN ORDER
Call (508) 872-6826 or Fax (508) 875-8894 to place your order. We are open Monday-Friday, 6:00am – 6:00pm or you may leave a recorded message on evenings or weekends. We ask orders be placed on the day prior to your requested delivery, when possible. We will however, accommodate last minute orders. Please allow 48 hours in advance for events involving china or service personnel. When placing orders please have the following information available: company name, your name, number of people, date of function, time, location, and desired menu.
Delivery
- We pride ourselves on fast and reliable deliveries. Delivery is free based on a minimum order of $100.00 or a service charge may apply.*
Payment
- For your convenience we accept cash, corporate or personnel checks, all major credit cards, along with the ability to establish corporate charge account with direct billing.
*We have a separate full service and special events menu, which provides creative customized menu’s, waitstaff, bartenders, linen and china. Also available are theme parties, clambakes and bbq’s for off site events.
Terms and Conditions
- A 25% non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm all bookings. The balance must be paid in full the day of the event, unless prior credit arrangements have been made.
- Types of payments include bank checks, cash, corporate checks, personal checks drawn on a local bank or credit cards.
- Head count must be received 7 days in advance. The head count is the MINIMUM number for which you will be billed.
- We will try to accommodate any last moment head count add-ons as long as the number is reasonable.
- We arrive about one hour prior to your designated serving time. Many times people confuse serving time with their guests arrival time. Generally, this is not when you want to be served. We need to know when you want to eat to insure your guests hot food.
- You must provide buffet & guest tables, chairs, trash barrels, trash disposal, and water.
- Paper goods and service equipment are supplied with all bookings.
- Equipment rentals are available.
- Table covers for guest tables are an extra charge.
- Minimum groups are for 40 people (or a surcharge may be required.)
- Service charge for all parties.
- Prices are subject to change based on market price and availability.
- We do not include gratuity as part of your bill, we feel this is best left to your discretion.
